Quick shift kit.

In normal quick shift kits the shift lever from the fulcrum to the shift knob is shortened, and the shift stroke is suppressed.
Although the stroke is reduced, shifting becomes heavy due to the lever ratio.

This CAE Ultra Shifter uses a special shift lever made of aluminum that is longer than standard, and has a revised fulcrum position to suppress the stroke length while not making shifting heavy.
In addition, by using pillow ball joint for lateral movement, the clearances are greatly reduced, making the shift feel more direct and extremely easy to operate.

Due to the longer shift lever, the position of the shift knob is closer to the steering wheel.
This shortens the distance from the steering wheel to the shift knob during shifting, improving drivability.
